What a big
beautiful house. Each room is filled with each and everyone's different
personalities. There are even some deep feelings that lay inside these rooms
this house. In one room you will find varieties of pinks and yellows. They say
that the color yellow is the color of cheer. All along the wall you have huge
enormous flowers. On the dresser you will find a ballerina box that sings.
Along the bed there are pillows that read peace, love, and hope. There are
thousand’s of teddy bears thrown around the room. You will see dozens of
pictures of little girls laughing and smiling from ear to ear. But, go beneath
the closet and you will find a dreadful scene. All of those same pictures of
little girls laughing and smiling from ear to ear torn to pieces. In they’re a
dark secret about this room. Is this secret covered up by all of these cheerful
things just to hide the truth? Hidden by a little girl who is feeling great
pain, too much to reveal.
Now
we go into another room, a horrifying room it may be. With its used to be white
walls now painted black. No windows in this room at all. Just all shut in with
no outlet. If you take a look around this room you will see skulls and dolls
with there heads ripped off. The bright pink chair a gift from her mother, covered
in marker. The whole room is just a dark, sad, lonely place. But, beneath this
closet you will find the true joy of a little girl. Pink and purple pillows.
Millions of Barbie dolls. Does this little girl too hold her secrets within? Does
the pain she display be a total lie.
They
always say “don’t judge a book by its cover” and as for these two rooms, this
saying applies greatly. One bright and cheerful room, holding onto a painful
deep dark secret. And, you have a dark room, holding onto a wonderful cheerful
secret.
